A graduate of Bucknell University, Virginia Tech & University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Nancy Franklin has been a UU since 1987. Through the years, she has served on and/or led several committees, including Religious Education, Sunday Education, Sunday Service, Building Committee and Strategic Planning Committee. She belongs to Circle Supper groups, Covenant groups, and completed the Harvest The Power Leadership development program. Currently, the principal of Franklin Solutions, her business allows her to consult for leaders of higher education, government, and community on strategic initiatives, planning, innovation, and change agendas. Nancy is a part of regional and community-based development, implemented by higher education community partnerships. This includes obtaining funding for and managing economic development and workforce development, while managing multi-institution partnerships.
