Tandi Rogers directs the Spiritual Direction Program at Meadville Lombard. She is known for her creative reframing\, sparky questions\, and love for collaboration. She has served the Unitarian Universalist Association in various roles since 2002\, most recently concluding three years as Learning Strategist and four years as Congregational Life staff.   Rev. Jake Morrill is the founder of Generation to Generation\, a leadership and consulting firm that helps leaders unlock old patterns and move toward ease and alignment.
