Rev. Connie Simon, MDiv ’18, serves as interim minister at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Davis, CA.
Connie is a member of the Board of Trustees of the UU Studies Network and Editor of the Dictionary of Unitarian and Universalist Biography. She has taught UU History and Theology at the Midwest Leadership School, is one of eight contributors to the Promise and the Practice of Our Faith program, has written for UUA blog Braver/Wiser, and is a co-author of the Ordination and Installation: Handbook for Unitarian Universalist Clergy and Congregations. She currently serves as Secretary of the UUMA and is an advisor for the Ministerial Formation Network.
Her diverse career history includes experience as tax counsel for the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, working at the corporate level in the telecommunications industry, a position in banking, owning a small business, and time in non-profit organizations. In addition to her Master of Divinity from Meadville Lombard, Connie has a Masters of Telecommunications from the University of Denver (2001), a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University (1987), and a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University (1984).
