2011/12 Fall Semester
Registration deadline is September 6, 2011.  Tuition invoices will be prepared September 19, 2011.  In the event of a withdrawal from a course, tuition refunds will be made through September 16, 2011.  Only partial tuition refunds will be made after this date:

September 16, 2011: Last day for full refund of tuition
September 23, 2011: Last day for 50% refund of tuition
September 30, 2011: Last day for 25% refund of tuition

2011/12 Fall Intensives
Registration deadline is October 15, 2011. Tuition invoices will be prepared November 8, 2011. In the event of withdrawal from a course, tuition refunds will be made through November 5, 2011.  Only partial tuition refunds will be made after this date:

November 5, 2011: Last day for full refund of tuition
November 11, 2011: Last day for 50% refund of tuition
November 18, 2011: Last day for 25% refund of tuition

2011/12 Spring Semester
Early registration deadline is November 19, 2011. Tuition invoices will be prepared February 14, 2012. In the event of withdrawal from a course, tuition refunds will be made through February 10, 2012.  Only partial tuition refunds will be made after this date:

February 10, 2012: Last day for full refund of tuition
February 17, 2012: Last day for 50% refund of tuition
February 24, 2012: Last day for 25% refund of tuition

2011/12 Summer Intensives
Registration deadline is May 15, 2012. Tuition invoices will be prepared June 4, 2012. In the event of withdrawal from a course, tuition refunds will be made through June 1, 2012.  Only partial tuition refunds will be made after this date:

June 1, 2012: Last day for full refund of tuition
June 8, 2012: Last day for 50% refund of tuition
June 15, 2012: Last day for 25% refund of tuition

Academic Semesters
The Registration Periods for the fall and spring semesters are designated on the Academic Calendar as published online each academic year. These registration dates vary from year to year, according to how the Calendar is established in relationship to classes at other schools in the ACTS consortium and to classes at the Divinity School at the University of Chicago.  For more information about refunds, please see Refund Policies.
