Meadville Lombard's Board of Trustees
holds ultimate responsibility for the school. Members of the Board
include Unitarian Universalist ministers, as well as business and
academic leaders, all of whom are committed to promoting
quality ministries in the liberal religious tradition.
Board members meet three times each year.
In its meeting in November, 2006, the
Board of Trustees approved a Code of Ethical Practices and
Business Conduct, designed to be part of a continuing institutional
conversation about the best culture, practices, and conduct that will
enable the school to achieve its mission.
