Carol D. Ross

Carol D. Ross is an experienced executive and management consultant focusing on general administration, financial management, computer systems, human resources, and mediation processes. She specializes in not-for-profit and professional practice management and in civil, business and commercial mediation. Her clients have included law firms, medical practices, investment firms, non-profit groups and accountants.

She gained her experience over a 35 year transnational career working with non-profit, legal, medical, educational, and arts organizations and foundations. She served as Director of Business Services of the International Education Foundation, working extensively with the Los Angeles Community College District and the U. S. Armed Services. She is the former Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Southwestern University School of Law and a founding partner in the Consulting Firm of Ziegler Ross.

Mrs. Ross has been a member of Neighborhood Church in Pasadena for over 25 years. She co-chaired the Building Committee, acted as the church construction coordinator for the last building project, chaired the Campus Vision Committee and served on the Finance and Event Planning Committees, the Governance and Small Group Ministry Task Forces and worked on many fundraising events. After serving one year as Treasurer, she has just completed her 8 years of service on Board of Trustees. She is currently on the Building and Grounds Advisory Committee.

She served for 9 years on the Board of the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, serving three years as President and two years as Chairman of the Board. She also served as Treasurer of the Board of Pacific Asia Museum.

Mrs. Ross was a U.C.L.A. Alumni Scholar and received her M.B.A. with honors from Pepperdine University. She developed the curriculum and taught finance and accounting for the U.C.L.A. Certificate Program in Legal Management and Administration. She has published numerous articles and has spoken extensively on management.
